Drop off days are October 15, 16, 19, & 20 from 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Any items brought Wednesday, October 21 will not be placed on the internet.
We will not be accepting any items that are not farm or construction related. We will not be accepting tires, wheels, or household items.

We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa day of sale. Online buyers can also do a wire transfer. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597. KY sales tax of 6% will be added to the sale total of all buyers. If you are KY tax exempt, Auction company will need a COPY of a KY Agriculture Tax Exempt form/card. There is a 10% buyer’s premium for this auction for online bidders only.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet, but makes no representations. In NO event shall Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Any items not removed by the final pickup deadline, October 29, 2026, will be considered abandoned property and the Auction Company and/or Seller has the right to resell the item(s).
CHECKOUT
If equipment is purchased onsite, checkout is day of auction before loading can occur.
If items are purchased online, checkout must occur within 24 hours of sale ending.
REMOVAL
PICKUP DAYS ARE October 22, 23, 26, 27, & 28 2026 FROM 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
NO PICKUP/LOADOUT ON SATURDAY, October 24 or SUNDAY, October 25, 2026.
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation and pickup. The auction company will not ship any farm equipment purchased online.
All items must be picked up from sale site no later than October 29, 2026. Any item left after October 29, 2026 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company and/or Seller then has the right to resell the item(s).
Auction company can assist in loading, but will need 24 hours notice.
