Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer.
There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.
You may pay at pickup, use the Proxibid payment system, or call with card info.
If you pay online through the Proxibid payment system, ATG, sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City, & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address, and category of item purchased.

Pickup Days are:
Friday, March 31, 2023 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.
Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.
Checkout
Check out must occur within 24 hours of end of sale. Buyers must contact auction company at 615-325-4597 or pay online through the Proxibid payment system or pay at pickup on March 31 or April 1.
Removal
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any large item purchased online.
All items must be picked up from 301 Lear Road-Portland, TN no later than April 1 2023. Any item left after April 1, 2023 will be considered abandoned property.
Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship large items.
Glassware and smaller items can be shipped at the Buyer's expense. Buyer to pay for all shipping materials and the cost to ship via USPS or UPS.
