Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline, May 11, 2024, will be considered abandoned property.
Payment
We accept Cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.
Check out will be on pickup of items on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. or Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.
If items must be shipped, payment is due within 24 hours of end of sale.
Removal
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation and pickup. The auction company will not ship any large item purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than May 11, 2024. Any item left after May 11, 2024 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company then has the right to resell the item(s). Auction company can assist in loading of smaller items and boxes, but will not ship large items. If you purchase a large, heavy item, please bring extra help for loading.
