It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline, May 25, 2024, will be considered abandoned property.
Payment
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. Buyers may also pay online through Proxibid.com. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.
There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction.
Checkout
Check out will be on pickup of items on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. or Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.
If items must be shipped, payment is due within 24 hours of end of sale.
Buyers may also pay only through the Proxibid payment system or pay the auction company on pickup days.
Removal
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any vehicles or large items purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than May 25, 2024. Any item left after May 25, 2024 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company can assist in loading smaller items, but will not ship vehicles, boats, or large items. If you purchase a heavy item, please bring extra help for loading with you.
If items are to be shipped, buyer assumes ALL shipping costs to include boxes, packing materials, and the cost charged by the shipping company. Auction company can take the items to the UPS Store and have the items shipped to the buyer, if needed.
