If items must be shipped, payment is due within 24 hours of end of sale.

 

Removal

PICKUP DAYS ARE JULY 18, 2025 FROM 9:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. & JULY 19, 2025 FROM 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

All items must be picked up from sale site no later than JULY 19, 2025. Any item left after JULY 19, 2025 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company and/or Seller then has the right to resell the item(s).  

The auction company can ship smaller items purchased online at the Buyer's expense. We will not ship any large, heavy furniture.

Auction Company will drop items at the UPS Store and Buyer assumes all costs to ship to include shipping cost, bubble wrap, box, and any other items needed to safely ship the item(s).
