Preview will be Friday, November 12, 2022 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. and on auction day starting at 7:00 A.M.
Terms
Cash, check, or credit/debit cards day of sale. Cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. Online bidders only will have a 10% Buyers Premium.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction if you purchase items online. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property.
Checkout
All equipment is to be removed from sale site by November 23, 2022. Any items left after November 23, 2022 will be considered abandoned property and the auctioneer has the right to resale the item(s).
Removal
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any farm equipment item purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than November 30, 2022. Any item left after November 30, 2022 will be considered abandoned property.
Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship farm equipment items. Auction company requires a 24 hour notice before pickup to arrange assistance in loading.
Smaller items such as tools can be shipped at the Buyer's expense. Buyer to pay for all shipping materials and the cost to ship via USPS or UPS.
