Preview will be Friday, November 4, 2022 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. and on auction day starting at 7:00 A.M.

Terms


Real Estate-15% down day of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date. Taxes to be prorated and Seller to provide a good deed.
P​ersonal Property-Cash, check, or debit/credit cards day of sale. Cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee.

All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.

Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.

Removal

Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any large furniture or farm item purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than November 11, 2022. Any item left after November 11, 2022 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship large furniture or farm equipment items. Auction company requires a 24 hour notice before pickup to arrange assistance in loading.

Smaller items such as tools and glassware can be shipped at the Buyer's expense. Buyer to pay for all shipping materials and the cost to ship via UPS.
