Contact the office at 615-325-4597 to consign your farm items. Items consigned can be brought to sale site on November 1, November 4, November 5, and November 6 ONLY. NO consignments will be taken on November 2 and 3, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday). The sooner you let the office know of your consignments and pictures sent in, the more advertising you will receive.
NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SALE SITE THURSDAY, FRIDAY, OR SATURDAY OF SALE WEEK. ANY ITEM(S) NOT CONSIGNED BY NOVEMBER 6 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE AUCTION.

From I-65N Exit 117 right on Hwy 52 approx 15 miles to sale site on the left.
Preview
Preview will be November 8, 2024 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. and on auction day, November 9, 2024 starting at 7:00 A.M
Terms
Cash, check, or credit/debit cards day of sale. Cards will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. Online bidders only will have a 10% Buyers Premium. No credit cards will be accepted for online bidders. Wire transfer or pay on site.
Check out must occur within 24 hours of end of sale. Buyers must contact auction company at 615-325-4597.
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet, but makes no representations. In NO event shall Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline, November 15, 2024, will be considered abandoned property.
Checkout
ON-SITE BIDDERS-Check out is day of sale. You must check out at the auction trailer where you checked in to pay for your items BEFORE you can load out.
ONLINE BIDDERS-Check out must occur within 24 hours of end of sale. Buyers must contact auction company at 615-325-4597.
Removal
Pickup will be November 11, 2024-November 15, 2024 from 8:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. There will be NO loading Sunday, November 10, 2024.
All items MUST be removed from sale site by November 15, 2024. Any item left after this date will be considered abandoned property and auction company has the right to resell and/or remove the items from sale site.
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any farm equipment item purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than November 15, 2024. Any item left after November 15, 2024 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship farm equipment items.
Auction company requires a 24 hour notice before pickup to arrange assistance in loading.
