Any items not removed by the pickup deadline, September 6, 2025, will be considered abandoned property and the Auction Company and/or Seller has the right to resell the item(s).

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.

Check out will be on pickup of items
PICKUP DAYS ARE SEPTEMBER 5, 2025 FROM 9:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. & SEPTEMBER 6, 2025 FROM 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.
If items must be shipped, payment is due within 24 hours of end of sale. Auction company will not ship any furniture or heavy items.
Removal
