Wally Gilliam Realty & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may NOT return any item they purchase.
Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Buyer may pay cash on pickup days. Buyer can also do a wire transfer. There is a 10% buyer's premium for this auction. If you would like to arrange a wire transfer, contact the auction company at 615-325-4597.
Checkout
All items must be picked up on one of the 2 scheduled pickup dates.
Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship the motorcycle, punching bag, or any large items purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than September 16, 2023. Any item left after September 16, 2023 will be considered abandoned property. Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship large items purchased online.
Auction company can ship smaller items at the Buyer's expense through UPS. Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs, packaging materials, boxes, and any other items charged by UPS Store.
Removal
Pick up days will be---
-Friday, September 15, 2023 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.
-Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.
