REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS-All buyers must register and receive a bidder number. At time of registration, buyers paying with personal or company checks must submit a Bank Letter of Credit on bank letterhead, no exceptions. If you have a tax exempt cerificate, a copy must also be presented at registration table before the sale. Bank Letter of Credit or Tax Exempt forms may be emailed before April 12, 2013 to michelle@gilliamrealtyandauction.com.
SALES TAX AND BUYER'S PREMIUMS-Kentucky State sales tax will be added to all sales, unless Auction Company has copy of tax exempt certificate. No sales tax on exported items. A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be charged for all Internet buyers. Onsite buyers will be charged a 8% Buyer's Premium.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS-Full payment day of sale by-Cash, Cashier's Check, Company Check, or Credit Cards. All checks made payable to Wally Gilliam Realty and Auction. Company and personal checks must accompany a Bank Letter of Credit. Credit card purchases will be charged a 3% Buyer's Premium.
NO WARRANTY: Everything in the Auction is being sold AS IS,WHEREIS, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, as to age, year of manufacture, model, condition, make or any statement by seller or auctioneer. Buyer is to inspect and purchase base on his/hers own knowledge of any item offered at this auction.
