1988 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur with approx. 55,600 miles. Car has always been garage kept and has appreared on the cover of a country music album. Excellent condition, leather in real good condition, car shows no wear. Clear title.

-Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer or Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description.

-Bidder is encouraged to make any and all inspections prior to bidding. By placing a bid, biddder is acknowledging in and all inspections have been made or have chosen not to make an inspection. -Auctioneer has the right to reject any and all bids.

-A Buyer's Premium of 7% will be added to the winning bid. -Settlement due by 2:00 P.M. CST on May 5, 2016. Funds can be wired to Wally Gilliam Realty and Auction. Cash or Cashiers Check will be accepted, but a credit card is required to hold the vehicle until pick up. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% Convenience Fee added to sale total.

-Pickup will be in Westmoreland, TN no later than 5:00 P.M. CST within 7 days from auction end. Delivery can be arranged for a fee paid by the Buyer.
